The kitchen is well equipped with anything already in there available to share. There is a microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher with ample cupboard space.
The building is relatively modern and well maintained with lift access and it’s own car park which is separate from the main road outside and always has spaces.

I’m 34 and stay in the flat as a live in landlord. I teach at the local college and thus will be out of the flat most days from 9 until 5. I have a very active schedule outside of work centred around fitness and sport and thus am out of the flat most weeknights with events at the weekend…so you will mostly have the flat to yourself!
Outside of this I live a chilled out life at the flat and have always enjoyed good relationships with flatmates in the past.
I am open to anyone who is respectful, clean, and friendly — whether you’re a working professional, student, or someone new to the city. You’ll have freedom to make your room and bathroom your own; both are furnished and ready for you but please feel free to decorate as you see fit.

The room will be available from the 1st of June but viewings immediately available. My current flatmate is transitioning out of the room at the moment so please bear with us.
Although I have no issue with smokers the building is strictly no smoking. Any other considerations to be made on a case-to-case basis.
