Room available in G51, near QEUH, Bills included

Hi, I have a room available in G51 from 1st August onwards. My current flatmate is moving to a different country.

I am a Project Manager, working for a biotech based at QEUH, which is a 5 min walk from here. I mostly work from home. You will be sharing common living spaces with me, including a living room, bathroom and kitchen. The room comes furnished. We are very conveniently located with the M8 highway nearby, a Lidl and bus stops only 6 mins walk away. Elder Park is nearby with great open green spaces right in front of the flat too!

I would consider myself tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. As long as you are the same, we will get along great! I enjoy gaming, music (vocalist of a metal band) and being out and about in nature. I; m also LGBTQ+ friendly and respectful of everyone's beliefs, as long as you're not bigoted.

if you're working at the hospital or a med/life science student frequenting there, this place would be a great fit! Ideally looking for someone in August but start of September is okay too. If you're interested or have any questions drop me a message!
