Lodger wanted for vacant room in Hamilton (situated 15 minute walk from Hamilton West Train Station)

House is situated near local supermarket and some local shops

Driveway available for use

Living room access is available, I don't tend to use the room so you would have access as required.

Washing Machine access and Full use of kitchen and fridge/freezer.

I work from Home at all hours and record from a studio in the house so would require someone who would not be making loud noise within the house, having friends round at times would not be a problem, however loud parties are not allowed.

Must like Cats
