Room share in house with dogs

I have two huskies and any potential "flatmate" should also be LGBT friendly as I am trans and have gay friends who occasionally visit. (will inform before inviting and expect same for your friends visiting)

Now that is out of the way, there is a projector in the Livingroom for watching TV shows or Movies, I usually spend the majority of my time in my room at my PC but there is a box room for storage along with the room you would be sleeping in that you would be free to use (can also have a single bed if an extra room is required by you).

Shared amenities: Gardens (front and back), Kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, Bathroom with bath and shower, Livingroom

I tend to be laid back and would only complain if you smoke indoors, don't treat the dogs correctly or damage property.

There is parking in the street outside the property with marked bays (not reserved)

Meals are not included but you are free to use the kitchen to prepare your own food.
