Double Room available

Hey! Pics attached are during a refurb but show the size of the room quite well - built in wardrobe will obviously be emptied! Bed can be included but it’s an ikea king and i got the wrong mattress size so it’s slightly too small haha, fully optional though! I own the flat and will keep the spare room with a bed and basically storage but i’m staying full time elsewhere, so you’ll have the full flat to yourself 99% of the time. You’ll have the large room with the built in storage, I can either transfer the wifi etc over to you or add it to the rent and same with the electric, gas etc. You’ll have full reign of the flat I’ll likely never be in, the living room under the tv has now been painted too.
