Double room in quiet neighbourhood

Renting out a double room in a 3 bed detached house located in a quiet residential area of Hamilton. Room has a king bed with mattress and includes all the furniture and accessories seen in pics, and more (linen, towels etc).
You’d also have access to the main bathroom as seen in pics mostly to yourself. Shared access to open plan kitchen/living room and garden.
All bills included. Regular cleaner which we’d split the cost for (not included).
Property has Wi-fi, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. On-street parking available. Bus to various locations in town, central station or East Kilbride just 2 min walk.
I have 2 cats that spend most of their time either sleeping or exploring.
I work Mon-Fri mainly from home. I enjoy socialising as well as having my own space, and hope you do too. Looking to share with a respectful, tidy professional. Mon-Fri let considered. Room not suitable for working from home and no couples, sorry. Pets considered (cats only). LGBTQ+ welcome.
