A single furnished bedroom is available in my flat in Hamilton (the bed can be pulled out into a double). The flat has parking and a shared garden.

I’m a student at Stirling University and also work in Glasgow City Centre, so I’m often on the move with studies, work, and other activities. At home, I like to keep things tidy, relaxed, and friendly, and I’m looking for a flatmate who shares a similar vibe – someone respectful, easy-going, and clean.

Flat includes :
- kitchen with a big fridge/freezer, washing machine
- bathroom with electrical shower
- bedroom includes a built in wardrobe, bed has extra storage. You can also bring your own bed if you’d like.

The building is a 20min walk/5min drive from Hamilton station, Hamilton West station and Hamilton Bus Station. Also a 20min walk/5min drive from Hamilton Retail Park.

Rent is £500 per month, bills included. Council tax is excluded. Tax Band B
