Rent includes all bills such as gas, electricity, council tax, now tv, internet. The house itself has loads of storage such as a converted loft and under stairs storage. Huge back garden with decking which is great in the summer to chill in. Double driveway and home to the comfiest sofa in the world!

Happy to have either a housemate that wants to chill/hang out or someone that prefers their own space.

House is 2 minutes walk to the train station (literally round the corner) which goes directly into Glasgow in 20 minutes. Asda etc are also a stone's throw away.
