Room to rent near Glasgow. Bills included £395

Hi, my name is Katherine and I have a three bed house in Kirkintilloch. I’m looking to rent out one of the spare rooms. There are no other flatmates, just me.

I’ll upload pics of the property later this weekend, but for now, I wanted to get the advert up, so a pic of me and a description of the room is what I’m starting with ☺️

£395 is the price for roo of renting and I wanted to put a fair price. Hopefully attract some nice people.

I have a third bedroom which I am styling into an office space. This provides an option for home working and/or your own additional shared living space.
I’ve a brand new kitchen and a nice garden. Views over the Campsie Hills.

Kirkintilloch is a beautiful commuter town. Regular trains to Glasgow and to Edinburgh from Lenzie. I am a 15 walk to Kirkintilloch town through a gorgeous canal park. Great coffee in town and a few nice restaurants too.

Abit about me. I’m 35, school teacher and I’m easy to live with. Looking forward to hearing from anyone who would like to come and have a look at the room.

Also to add - I travel to and from work in Glasgow 5 days a week and would be happy to car share.
