Single Bedroom in modern Flat

Modern 2 bedroom flat share. The flat comes furnished with a single room and share of living room, kitchen and toilet / bath room.
The room would also include sharing the bills including electricity / gas and internet costs and council tax which would be reasonable . I work at evenings and return around 12am after some shifts so you would have flat to your self a lot of the time.
