Looking to rent out my spare room for ideally 10 weeks at the start of next year while I'm away in London (I may pop back once or twice) so you would have the flat to yourself. It is a top floor flat in a very safe residential area. Best suited for someone who drives but a 30 minute walk to Lenzie train station and plenty of amenities close by.

My flat is my pride and joy so only looking for someone who is willing to take good care of it. The room itself has a standard double bed with ottoman storage, as well as a chest of drawers, a Mustard Made locker and the cupboard you can see in the photos holds the boiler but there is some storage room in there too. Your bathroom is directly opposite with a shower and bath.
