9 month rental-Scotland-all Bills Included

Hi,
I will be helping out family and staying with them for 9 months. To help with bills I need someone to rent my house. I have spent the last 2 years renovating the property and need someone who would look after the place like their own. You will have the property and garden to yourself. One bedroom upstairs will be storage until my return and cannot be used.

The property is located 5 mins drive from the M74. 15 min walk from train station. It is a 10ft ceiling stone build with a lot of natural light.
EPC rating C (before insulation added). Council tax bad C.
Bills included. The bedroom is at the front of the property, where I will remove a lot of the furniture in the pictures, I can supply a double bed if necessary.
Parking access is to the rear.

I will consider house trained pets, however the garden at the back has no gate.
