And you have your own entrance and live separately from our main cottage This traditional lower cottage flat which is below main cottage you have the sole use of the lower flat .You have your own private entrance with lockable door and use of a private garden next to the Bothlyn burn and a waterfall and walkways a minute from your door
it has a bedroom with double bed,
your own bathroom with shower and bath,
a sitting room with sky tv (similar to cable tv) and movie channels, A kitchen with cooker washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, pet friendly and gay friendly

The cottage has peaceful surroundings and yet only a short drive to Glasgow city center, the local train station is Lenzie station and a 15 minute walk and gives fast access to city center. and Edinburgh It is rural so you would benefit from a car.

Quiet neighbourhood. The cottage is in short, walking distance of the small town with shops, pub, and restaurant
The area is great for walking and cycling

Lenzie is about 20 minutes from Glasgow airport, 90 minutes from Prestwick airport by car. glasgow takes around 12 minutes by car
There is a rail link to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Glasgow is about 12 minutes by train.
