Double bedroom to rent

The double bedroom is part of a 3 bed flat and is £400 a month which includes council tax and bills. The room has a double bed, and a large cupboard perfect for storage. The room has two large windows that let in lots of light. We are looking for someone long term, ideally a year or more.

You would be sharing a bathroom, kitchen and living room with myself (Joss) and another flatmate (Colm). We am tidy, LGBT friendly and easy going. We work full time, so out most days and like to spend our spare time, watching Netflix or disney with a cup of tea

The flat is situated beside a large park (if you like running there is a park run each saturday morning,), is a short walk from the canal which is a nice walk with plenty of wildlife to see and is only a 10 minute walk from a large 24hr Tesco. There is also good access into town and the west end.
