Single room in 2 bed flat in Maryhill/West End

Single room to let in flat in Maryhill, sharing with one other person, me, a 33 year old male who is a Masters History student at Glasgow Uni. I like computer games, movies, cooking. I spend most of my time at uni, studying, or hanging out in the flat. Plus I like going out to eat, going out for drinks, the usual studenty stuff.

Looking for a student in order to qualify for council tax exemption.

Flat is tidy and well kept, warm, secure, and energy efficient, and in a quiet location. Has secure underground parking for which you will get an access fob. Entrance hall and car park have security CCTV.

Flat has a large balcony that gets the sun all day during the summer. I have an en suite in my room so the main bathroom will be pretty much yours, meaning no awkward waits in the mornings. The room has a computer desk and chair for studying. The room is very neutral but obviously you could put up pictures, decorate, rearrange etc (within reason).

Gilshochill station is 5 minutes walk away, offering regular trains to and from Queen Street Station in the city centre. Glasgow University is 30 mins walk away, and there is a bus-stop nearby offering regular buses to and from Byers Road. The Forth and Clyde Canal is nearby, meaning you can also cycle into the city centre in 20 minutes, or if you head in the other direction you can be out of the city and into the country in a similar amount of time. 24-hour Tesco and Asda (and McDonalds) 15 mins walk away. 2 gyms within 10 minutes walk.

Looking for someone respectful, considerate and tidy who will clean up after themselves.

£380 a month including bills (broadband, gas, leccy, factors fees and grounds/block maintenance), £380 deposit.
