Spacious maisonette with Balcony

Unfortunately due to a change in my family circumstances I need to find someone to take over my tenancy. My flatmate is a lovely Spanish girl (27) who is great to live with.
There is a living room, a fairly spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a balcony.
One room is not let out by the landlord as there is no HMO so essentially there is a great guest bedroom for family or friends.
The balcony is South facing and looks over greenery and the river towards the tower at Glasgow uni.
Walking to Byers Road takes around 20 mins and is a lovely walk along the riverside from directly behind the building, which cuts through the botanical gardens.
Rent is paid on the 15th. I have paid for the next 2 months up to 15th december. All i ask is for 1 month (380) back and then you don't pay until december. No deposit required. Bills come to around £50pm.
