Hi, I'm renting out the other room in my flat as I'm moving out for a while. My current tenant is absolutely lovely, and great to live with. He's really considerate and looks after the place really well - and will expect the same from a flatmate.

He 's looking for a chill flatmate - not a late night party vibe and he's looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person to share the flat with. Queer friendly people essential and vegetarian/vegan only would be ideal.

My flatmate will want to chat with you to make sure you'll be a good fit to share the flat. He loves cycling and cooking vegetarian food. Lots more - but you can chat with him about that.

The flat is clean, modern and south facing, top floor and has a balcony with amazing views over the city. The room to rent also has the same great view. It has high ceilings throughout. The room is approx. 2.6 x 4m, including a large built in wardrobe and storage cupboard above. It's fully furnished and currently has a comfy single bed or you're welcome to supply your own double if you prefer.

You’ll have use of your own bathroom with bath and shower - it's the main bathroom, but the other room has an ensuite so you'll have it the main bathroom to yourself most of the time.

The flat is in a great location for walking and cycling as it's by the canal and near Ruchill Park and the Kelvin Walkway. It's a really peaceful place to live, while also really close to the big Tesco on Maryhill Road and a 15 minute walk from the botanical Gardens and Byres Road.

There’s off road parking which you can have if needed, as my current tenant doesn't drive - and if you have a bike there’s space in the flat for it. There are just stairs - no lift. 3rd floor.
