Firhill Court is a First-class student accomodation in the West end, with shuttle bus service to the universities in the city and close to all the bus lines that go to city center. I am looking for someone to substitute me as I am moving out; through a tenancy takeover, the price would only be 102£ pw! The room is available immediately and the contract lasts until the 15th of August. You could either apply to try and extend this, or use this as your "base" while you go see other flats in Glasgow to move into for the rest of the year! The room has a large 3/4 bed, study area, plenty of storage (drawers, shelves, wardrobe) and premium ensuite bathroom (larger than the classic one!). The kitchen + living area is shared with other 5 rooms, but in a few days they will all be empty as the other tenants will leave for the summer too. Students only.
