Hello, I am renting the spare room in my Maryhill flat.
Currently has a single pull out bed in it, which can be swapped out for a double (pending discussion). Also has a desk and chair which can be removed if not wanted. Fully furnished otherwise.
Shared bathroom and living room, which boasts a projector you are more than welcome to use!
I am fully WFH and my office is next door to the spare room. I am pretty quiet (even during work hours), and keep things relatively tidy, so someone of a similar vibe would be great.
Glasgow Uni is a 20 minute walk, big Tesco 5 minutes. Good bus links into the town, or a walk to Byres Road if you prefere the Subway. JD Gym and TCA Propstore climbing wall also 5 minutes away.
Bills are marked as 'Some' due to potential subsidy during colder months if the heating needs to come on. All other bills are included. Council tax band B.
