Single&double room in Wyndford, Maryhill

The current flatmates are a couple (2 men) and one single person (a woman) and we are looking for somebody to live in the third bedroom starting July. One of us is also moving out in September, so we're looking for another person to move in then. We are all in our early twenties and either current students or recent graduates.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen, living room, and balcony. It has a washing machine, refrigerator & freezer, hobs, oven, electric shower.

Bills; Gas bill is about £50 per person every 3 months
Wifi is about £10 per month
Council tax is band B

What we're looking for in a flatmate: someone who's friendly, laid back and looking to stay here for a while.
