Two rooms in a three-bedroom flat available

Hello all,

I'm looking for two flatmates for a joint-lease to begin 3rd of August. Preferably fellow students to qualify for council tax exemption.

Oban Drive, 15 minute walk away from the university. Good quality agency/landlord who are super reasonable.

Two rooms at 440 pm each. 1 Months deposit. Agency requires all tenants to have a guarantor.

Internet included and utility bills are approx. 50 per person pm.

Date and requirement for guarantor are non-negotiable unfortunately.
