Newly renovated apartment. The bedroom will include a desk, chair, chest of drawers and a solid wood king size bed.

Next to 24 hr Tesco Extra, great links via buses from Tesco. 30 mins walk to Glasgow University, 15 mins walk to the botanic gardens through the Kelvin Walkway. Gym and climbing gym within 10 mins walk.

Quiet residential area, not on the main road.

Shared living room, kitchen (with dish washer, washing machine, full size fridge), and bathroom.

A bit about me: I’m 30, full time working professional. I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing, and I value a clean and friendly living environment. I’m a dancer and also enjoy movies. Not a smoker. I’m not a big party person, but like to host friends for meals from time to time.

I’m looking for a female student or professional who will be renting for 1 year minimum. Cleanliness is important to me, so please contact me if you are similar.
