I'm current tenant of this flat. Since my roommate is moving out in October, there is vacancy of (for sharing room). One of the other 2 room is occupied a female student and other room occupied by a female professional. Its spacious and fully furnished. Prefers female who is okay with room sharing. This is residential area so its safe. Also, rent is splitted and it's only £300 per month excluding bills! Also nearest subway Hillhead is just 20 mins walk from here and uofg is at 20-25 min walking distance. Tesco extra, Tesco express, Lidl, Waitrose are all within 10-15 min walking distance.
(Please note that it's room sharing for two. Whole room isn't available. Already there is one person so not available for 2 people or couple as well.)
