Looking to have a room filled sometime in June or July as my circumstances have changed for 5th year. It’s a lovely 2 bed, 1-bath, shared living room and kitchen. My current flatmate wants to keep the flat and find someone to fill my spot. The flat is located right behind the big Tesco in Maryhill, about a 15min bus ride to Garscube estate. There is on-street parking, right next to the botanics and the west end. With JD gym being a 5-minute walk away. The room is very large with a big closet on the first floor, with lovely neighbors and garden space. Rent currently is £630 with shared utilities being about £50/ month. If interested, let me know.
