Room for rent in Maryhill South

This is a short term let for my room over Summer. This will be until the 14th of September. The room is available immediately.

The flat is ground floor, furnished, with a shared bathroom and large dining/kitchen area. The room has recently been redecorated and comes furnished, with a desk, cupboard and double bed, it also has a sizeable in built cupboard that contains the flat's boiler (it's not noisy).

The flat has gas central heating, an electric shower and a fully equipped kitchen including, a gas cooker, washing machine, fridge, large freezer, microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, slow cooker and ample cupboard space that can be divided or shared depending on preference.

The flat is located on Shakespeare Street and is right around the corner from Maryhill Tesco. It is a 5 minute walk from the Botanic Gardens, 15 minutes from Hillhead Subway station, and 20 minutes from The University of Glasgow campus.

Our landlady is great, and if any issues arise has a track record of getting them sorted virtually immediately. She is aware that we are subletting the room and will be happy to provide a tenancy agreement.

There is no on street parking without a permit, which can be applied for, however, this process can take a long time and may be difficult.

My flatmate who currently lives there is a student at the University of Strathclyde and will be working over Summer. We have no preferences regarding students/working people, as long as you are respectful and communicative.

Bills are roughly between 40-60 pounds each per month, including internet, gas and electricity.
