Room Available in Maryhill

Hi there! My partner (32M) and I (30F) are looking to rent a room in our home. It’s a 4-bed new build with one room currently used as an office. You’d have exclusive use of the main bathroom. We have a south-west facing back garden which is perfect for catching the sun, and a double drive way if you have a car. The kitchen is a great layout for cooking/having guests over and we have a super comfy sofa which easily fits 4 people.

We’re 10 min walk from a train station and 20 minute walk from Byres Road/GWR. There’s also a JD Gym and a big Tesco and a Lidl very close too. We’re also close to Ruchill Park and the canal which is a lovely way to get into town or go for a run.

About us - we get back from travelling SE Asia in July and will be returning to our 9-5s - I’m a structural engineer and Ewan works for the NHS. We’re clean and sociable people and outside of work we both like to keep fit (I play netball and Ewan is a gym go-er and plays golf) and socialise with our friends/family. We love a mix of being out and about at the weekend (coffee shops, eating out and the odd night at the pub) and having some chill time!
