Quiet Double Room in Maryhill

I am a second going into third year civil engineering student at Glasgow University (UofG). I enjoy mountaineering and related activities, as well as other recreational sports.

I’m looking for someone to occupy the flat over the summer, and optionally for the next academic year. I would like someone who will be reasonably quiet, clean, tidy etc basically no hassle and preferably a UofG student. Please note I will be away working for the majority of the summer.

The flat is a top floor 2 bed flat in a block of 6, situated just off Maryhill road in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are two bedrooms, one snug, one kitchen as well as one shared bathroom with electric shower and bath.

The flat has was purchased last year and has been cleaned up since. With all the carpets being replaced, walls painted, new radiators, new bath and floor in the bathroom and most recently new Hob/oven/microwave.

Transport

- By Maryhill road so on bus routes to city centre, down Byres road and along Maryhill road so good connections to both Main and Garscube campuses
- 15min walk to UofG Garscube Campus
- Next to Maryhill train station
- 12min cycle/45min walk (via kelvin walkway) to main UofG campus

- Not Included - 1/2 of Electricity bill ~£70
