We have a bright and very comfortable top floor bedroom available in our newly refurbished five bedroom Victorian townhouse, directly opposite Maryhill Park, you'll be sharing with me, just one other student in my family home.

Im looking for a friendly, considerate female student for the spring term, someone who enjoys a calm, respectful place to live.

The house is a spacious and light filled Victorian townhouse that’s just been refurbished, with a mix of character and modern comfort.

A peaceful space that’s great for studying and relaxing

Who You’ll Live With

Im currently at University of Glasgow and enjoy cooking, reading, gym, going to gigs, I have a relaxed, considerate lifestyle.

This is a calm home rather than a social house, so it’s not suitable for hosting groups or parties. I'd ask that you make other arrangements for socialising with friends.

Directly opposite Maryhill Park with lovely green space on your doorstep
Four minute walk to Maryhill train station with easy links into the city centre and West End
Ten minute walk to Asda supermarket and local shops
Quick and easy access to the West End, University of Glasgow and Byres Road by train, bus or bike
