2 Bedroom Apartment In Maryhill

Hi there, moving out of my flat in December and looking for someone to take over the tenancy. It’s a lovely new build, very clean property with 2 bedrooms, shared living room and kitchen space. The room that will be available has an en-suite shower/toilet as well.
The apartment is very energy efficient so utility costs are very low, it benefits from a supply of electricity from solar on the roof as well.
My flatmate/friend will stay on and is a lovely person to live with. He is quiet, and a calm energy, he’s in his final year of architecture study in Glasgow. He loves climbing cooking and also building things so some of the stools in the apartment he has made.
You couldn’t ask for a better more wholesome person to live with!

Rent is 475 plus bills etc so around 550-70 ish depending one consumption etc. but so far I’ve been far below that.
