I am looking to sublet one of the two bedrooms in the flat I am renting up until September 1st.

The available room has a double bed, small bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe.

The flat has an open plan living/dining room and kitchen. There is also two bathrooms; an ensuite in my room and a main bathroom which will predominantely be yours.

The flat is conveniently located next to a Lidl, 10 mins walk from Kelvinbridge subway station, 25 mins from Buchanan Bus Station and 30 mins from Glasgow Queens Street station, providing ample connectivity to Edinburgh or further afield.

Rent would be £150p/w or £600pcm inclusive of all bills. A deposit of £500 would also be required.

I consider myself tidy and respectful and would be looking for the same in any lodger.
