Double Room in Penthouse Flat, Maryhill (G20)

Fully furnished double room available in a modern duplex penthouse flat. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a lovely open and spacious living room. There is also a balcony/patio attached to the living room.

Live in landlord and current tenant are currently PhD students from Strathclyde University. Looking for a student to share with who is either in their final year or a PhD student. We are looking for a flatmate who is house trained (in regards to keeping a clean flat) and will not be overly loud or have flat parties, however dinner and movie parties are welcome.

Shops such as Asda and Tesco are within walking distance of the flat.

The flat is a few minutes walk from the closest train station, which in turn take around 10 minutes to get into Glasgow Queen Street station. Bus stops are about a 5 minute walk from the flat to get to Maryhill Road, and can be taken to go to Glasgow University.

Bills are included in the price. There is Plusnet fibre Broadband, a washer drier and also a dishwasher.

My flatmate and I are both rather quiet, but can get chatty in the evenings. We both like music and movies, and I am also rather fond of baking (less so of cooking) and so when I am home, I am often in the kitchen.
