Description
Hello
A bright, fully furnished bedroom will become available from 01/04 in a 2 bedroom flatshare. You would be sharing with a professional in her early 30s who's a recent graduate of GSA.
The room comes with its own bathroom as the other bedroom is an ensuite.
The flat has good transport links. It's only a 5-6 min walk from St George's Cross with good bus services to the city centre. As I don't have a car you'll also have your own designated parking space in the courtyard. It's approx a 20 minute walk to the University of Glasgow (8 minutes by bike) and a 15 minute walk to the city centre. There is also a Lidl right round the corner.
The current flat rent is £580 to be split by two, however the rent will unfortunately increase to £605 with effect from 05/18.
Each person will pay:
£290 (April), £302.5 May onwards
£37.50 gas & electricity
£25 internet
£65 Council tax (this is an approximation as it might increase)
So £430 in total from May...
I would be up for changing the internet service provider if the new tenant is willing to take on the bill.
The deposit would still be £290 (1 month) and the flat was unfurnished when we first moved in, so we are also going to ask for £250, which will include: double bed and mattress, office chair and desk, two chests of drawers (one big and one small), one lamp, and half the inventory in the living room and kitchen (two sofas, one book shelf, two chairs, two small tables, a kitchen table, utensils etc).
If you have any more questions please do get in touch and tell us a little bit about yourself.
Annalise
