Spacious double room in beautiful furnished flat

Hi guys,

So my flatmate will start uni and therefore is moving out and I’m looking for a new person to share this beautiful flat with!

The room is amazing and large and so is the rest of the flat - it has everything you need, including a washer / dryer, a DISHWASHER ;) - just everything you need.

All bills including council tax, WiFi, heating and all sorts are included in the 500 pounds. If we are sharing, I would like to get a cleaner to come in like once a week and clean the communal areas, cause I think that just makes life a bit easier for everyone. It’s really important to me that the place is clean, but I also won’t come after you with vengeance if you leave some stuff floating about for a bit cause that’s life ;)

I am 26, working Monday to Friday in the city center.
I’m pretty outgoing and sociable, but I also need my own space. I’m interested in politics. I like going out and partying sometimes. I have a partner who comes over a couple of nights a week, and a few nights I’m at his.

Im looking for a reasonable person who’s kinda on the same wave length and maybe in a similar situation with their life. Just send me a message and we can see if it can work out! :)
