Double room, newly renovated, quiet Southside flat

We have a beautiful, spacious home. It’s newly renovated in a lovely quiet part of Southside Glasgow in Mount Florida (three minute walk- 13 minutes to Glasgow Central). Near to shops, cafes and parks.

The room is a nice size with a double bed, own TV, microwave (if wanted), storage, wardrobe and desk in front of the window. So everything a professional would need. We would supply fresh towels and linen on a weekly basis, and you would have free tea and coffee.

We have a large, sunny shared living room, with TV, super fast internet, Netflix etc, a nice bathroom with bath and shower, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining table, access to the garden downstairs.

We’re two minutes from Mount Florida station which is 12 minutes from Glasgow Central with regular trains every 10-15 mins.

Sharing with a professional couple - two guys 30s-40s. We’re easy going, happy to share space and like privacy too. We do have a five month old puppy who lives in the flat too - he’s good natured and generally quiet. We don’t drink, so if you like to drink a lot the flat wouldn’t suit you. We genuinely don’t mind if you do drink in moderation but would rather you did in your own space.

Happy for any short term let from a month to six months with a view to extending it if it all works well.
