Double Room in Battlefield for rent

Got a double room for rent. Good size double bedroom, furnished and carpeted with bed and built in sliding-door wardrobe (drawers etc. Inside it aswell), mirror, side unit etc.

Flat has shared living room, which is a good size, bathroom with bath and shower, and kitchen (it's a strange shape but it does the job) with washing machine. Flat generally has everything needed for day-to-day life. On street residential parking if you can find a space.

Good neighbourhood. Quiet building, with a few elderly neighbours so no massive parties. Good transport links to city centre: bus stop outside got to town and further to west end, flat is 10 minutes walk from either Mount Florida or Langside train station and then they're 10 minutes to town. 5 minute walk to quite a few shops and some good bars etc. In the area.

As for myself I work full time (retail management) and I'm quite a social person. Up for a drink and random nights but also just chill and play PS4, pals casually visit and so on. Looking for someone who may join in (or not too harshly judge) watching love Island ironically (but not ironically, sometimes...).

Overall monthly cost is £450 and that includes rent, gas, electric, internet, council tax and TV license. Full-time job professionals only I'm afraid, no students.
