Room in Mount Florida Available (Flexible)

Hey,

I have a bright room available in Mount Florida, a short walk away from the train station, shops and Queens Park nearby.

There is also plenty more storage out-with the room for yourself solely to use. It should be noted I mostly live in Edinburgh so you would have the freedom of the place to yourself quite a lot :) Nice bright open kitchen and living room area.

I work for the Scottish Ambulance Service and base myself here in Glasgow to be close to the ambulance station and stay for convenience after shifts.

All bills included just to make things easy!

About me -
I’m a relaxed, friendly, considerate and open minded guy that’s always out and about hillwalking with pals etc. Most weekends I’d usually be out in the hills, paragliding or meeting friends. I’ve spent the past few years on and off living in Canada but it’s great to be back home. Whilst I’m sociable, I’d be keen for you to make yourself at home and would respect your space.

I intend to move back to Edinburgh later on in the year (TBC) at which point you could take over the main lease and move into the significantly larger room and sub-let out this room.
