The person in the 2nd bedroom is a female artist in her 30's undertaking masters degree in jewellery who is very clean, tidy and respectful of others.

This is my first home and I take great pride in it. I am therefore looking for someone that will treat it like their own home. It also means that if there are any problems in the flat then I will try and fix them as soon as I can.
