Double bedroom in Mount Florida tenement

Hello,

I’m looking for a flatmate in my much-loved 2-bed tenement in Mount Florida.

The room is newly decorated, spacious and bright, fully furnished with a double bed.

There is a full-size kitchen which is well equipped - plates, cutlery, glassware, pots/pans etc - all here to be used if you’re happy to look after it. There’s a large lounge and a shared bathroom that has a shower/bath. The flat has a spacious hallway with space to store a bike. There’s a rather lovely shared back garden. My street has plenty of street parking outside (you just need a permit to display on match/concert days).

The flat is close to Mount Florida train station (7 minutes walk) as well as Queen’s Park, local shops and cafes.

I’m looking for a young professional to join me, ideally late 20s/early 30s, who is considerate, friendly and clean. I'm no Mrs Hinch but if the odd bit of cleaning/hoovering is beyond you, then this isn't the place for you. Ideally, I'd like to live with someone that I can share a glass of wine with here and there. No smokers or couples. By the way I don’t have any pets.

I’m a doctor and although I don’t live a particularly wild life mid-week, I’m out socialising most of my free time or getting outdoors. Interests of mine include live music, cycling, being out with friends generally. I’m currently working away from Glasgow and so for the next few months I’ll only be home a handful of days which means you’ll have the flat to yourself most of the time.

Rent of £545 includes council tax, wifi & TV licence. Gas & Electric will be according to usage - to give an idea my current flatmate is paying around £640/month in total (I pay a smaller proportion of bills depending on how often I’m at the flat).
