Double ensuite room in homely flat - from January

Double room available in homely flat in Battlefield.

You would be sharing with me (professional female in my late 30s) and my ginger cat Georgie who is a wee sweetie though a bit nervous of new people. He's best mates with my current flatmate!! She's moving to get a place of her own, so the room will be available from mid May.

I recently retrained as a high school teacher and so work term time. Alongside that I'm also a painter and I love gallery visits, arts events, craft markets etc.

With previous flatmates we've liked cooking for each other every so often, or grabbing a takeaway and watching a film/series together, but also being respectful of each other's space/time.

Your room will be furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and storage drawers. There's also an ensuite shower room for your sole use - I'll use the main bathroom for cat litter tray etc to keep that out of the way.

There's a good sized internal kitchen and large living room with dining table which will be shared.

Bills are included so £760pcm for you all in.
