I’m Natalie, a professional working in marketing looking for a flatmate to take a bright double room available in huge two bedroom top floor tennement. I enjoy yoga, hillwalking, eating out, working out and travel to London regularly for work.

Looking for someone who doesn’t work from home or works from home maximum 1 day per week. Can be flexible with move in date to suit you.

The flat

Flat has big shared living room with real log fire, spacious dining kitchen with storage room and modern bathroom.

Flat is located in Mount Florida with train station and bus stops to city centre a 5/10 minute walk and close to shops. The flat is in a really quiet location really close to Queens Park and Victoria Road with lots of great pubs and restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to Strathbungo.

Room
Really spacious with original fireplace and Victorian features. Just freshly decorated and will be furnished with double bed and wardrobe but also fine if you want to bring your own.

Rent includes bills however may get a cleaner which would add £20.
