A single room for rent in the sunny suburb of battlefield. Sharing the flat with one housemate, who works full-time. Situated a five minute walk of mount Florida station, with a bus stop right out the front that will take you into town.
Queens Park and Lind park are both just sort walks away.
Bills are £74 for council tax plus £40 for bills a month on-top of the rent.
It's a beautiful flat in a great location which I unfortunately have to leave, but will be great for the right person.
