Room in Southside, Mount Florida â%9D£️

Myself and my flatmate are looking for someone else to join us in Mount Florida, Southside, Glasgow! We’re looking for someone to move in from the 9th October.

About the flat:
£430 a month excluding bills (bills tend to be about £100, maybe slightly more in the colder months).
It’s a classic tenement flat on the 2nd floor, and there isn’t any lift, just access by stairs.
There is a separate kitchen and living room/dining area, big hallway, full bathroom and communal gardens out the back that’s a nice sun trap 🌻
We do cook fish and meat but we’re respectful keeping food separate.

About us:
I’m Eleanor (she/they), I’m a saxophonist just finished my Master’s in Jazz from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland 🎷
I love all sorts of music! You’ll mostly find me at gigs/jams, baseball or any queer event around town!

I’m Ruchita (she/her), a mechanical engineer by background now turned project manager at an energy company! In my free time I love to dance, cook, explore charity shops and occasionally go for walks 😋

We have a very chill flat, sometimes keeping ourselves to ourselves, but equally love a yap, sweet treat and games session 🕺
We’re looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and looks after their home 🌞
