Double Room in Mount Florida

Details on the flat:

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join this Mount Florida flat. Hoping to have someone move in around the new year.

The room is available either furnished, or unfurnished if preferred. The flat is originally unfurnished, so pictured items are mine but happy to leave in your room. It’s a lovely double room, with a bay window and attached storage cupboard / walk in wardrobe. Please note the pictures are as my previous flat mate had it- bed pictured now different. Will discuss with my current flat mate to confirm if anything pictured not included.

There’s a shared living room and dining area, with a small galley kitchen. The kitchen has a large window above the sink. Shared bathroom and shower.

There’s a shared garden area outside, and opportunity to use a bit of garden space if desired. Washing lines etc for shared use.

The flat is 1st floor.

You would be joining myself on the letting agreement so will need references etc to go through them.

It’s a five minute (or less) walk to Mount Florida Station.

Council tax band B.

Myself:

I am a 27 year old professional, currently working for the Scottish Refugee Council. I tend to work two days at home and three in the office so have a balance of homework and office. Looking for someone friendly and easy-going to join, and happy to have either a student or professional join as long as council tax can be worked out between us. I love cooking and spend lots of time doing it so would hope to find someone happy to keep a tidy kitchen. Otherwise am fairly relaxed with the other living spaces. I have lots of different hobbies but in no particular order I’d include cinema, reading, drawing, cycling, camping, and football.

My girlfriend is also moving up to Inverness for a year so I will likely be away fairly frequently in that time.
