My name is Daniel. I enjoy going for walks, cooking food and relaxing. Otherwise, I keep active by cycling and going to the gym.

I work in the office Mon-Thu and from home on a Friday. Im out the flat most of the day and am there to chill in the evenings + weekends.

Looking for someone who is respectful of the shared space and keeps it clean and tidy. This is not a party flat.

The flat
Flat has a huge shared living room with real log fire, spacious dining kitchen with storage room and modern bathroom.
Flat is located in Mount Florida with train station and bus stops to city centre a 5/10 minute walk and close to shops. The flat is in a quiet location close to Queens Park and Victoria Road with lots of great pubs and restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to Strathbungo.

Room 
Spacious with original Victorian features. Room is part furnished. Has a beautiful unblocked view with sunrise in the morning.

Rent is £800 per month and the deposit is £800. One month of rent is to be paid in advance. Rent includes all bills - wifi, gas, electricity and council tax.
