Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take a double room in my newly renovated, homely flat in Mount Florida (G42).

The flat is bright, modern and finished to a high standard — it’s a calm, homely space that’s ideal for someone who appreciates a clean and well-looked-after environment.

About me:
I work as a Charge Nurse in mental health, so I really value a calm and respectful home environment. I work a mix of shift patterns during the week and tend to be an early riser, so I appreciate a home that’s generally peaceful — especially during the week.

I’m easy-going, clean and considerate, and enjoy a balance of quiet time and socialising. I like keeping active, reading, and I’m always up for a good conversation — especially around psychology, politics, and philosophy.

I enjoy cooking and love hosting dinners, and it would be great to share that with someone who enjoys that too — whether that’s the occasional shared meal or heading out for dinner now and then. I equally respect personal space and downtime.

I do enjoy the occasional night out or social plans, but this isn’t a party flat — more a relaxed, balanced vibe.

I also have a friendly dog, Gatsby, who’s a big part of the home, so it’s important you’re comfortable around dogs. It would be a bonus if you’d be happy to help with the occasional walk or keeping him company if I’m away — I’m always happy to be flexible and return the favour where I can.
