It is one a quiet street and only 5 minute walk from Mount Florida, it takes 10 mins on the train from there in to Glasgow.
The room is en-suite and you will have access to a share living/dining room with an open plan kitchen.
Bills, council tax, broadband and cleaner is included.
I am a professional working relatively long hours, I am fairly relaxed and I am looking for someone clean and friendly to share my flat with and occasionally have dinner/a wine after work! I enjoy having friends round also.
The person will need to be ok with dogs as my parents dog will occasionally stay for the weekend.
