The side with the room for rent will mostly be accessed by you. I want you to have your own space and privacy. The only reason I would need to access to the house is if work needs to be done. This property may appeal more to someone who likes their own space. The property is a mid terrace and the neighbours are quiet also. It would be short term as my intention is to sell it.
