Hi!

My name is Bea! My partner Rory and I just bought a house in Newton Mearns and we’re looking to rent out our spare room again! We’ve had a wonderful experience with our last short term tenant and hope to meet more amazing people!

About the house:

Our home has a good sized kitchen, loung-dinner, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
We are slowly modernising, hence the lower rent but everything works absolutely fine!
We are renting out the spare room for £450 per month plus bills are roughly £150 per month, this includes broadband and items we all use (toilet paper, milk and home cleaning products) to avoid any doubles and keep it all fair.

About us:

Rory is a paramedic in Glasgow and works all hours so although he’s always quiet he will come and go at unsociable times!
Bea works from home Monday- Friday.
We also have a gorgeous small cocker spaniel who loves cuddles, you are not expected at anytime to look after her however it’s best you are also a dog lover!
We both love to travel and experience new things!

About you:

We’re not about telling you how to live so all we ask is be respectful, clean up after yourself and help clean the house when needed (or on your own schedule) we don’t do rota’s etc.
We aren’t a party house so although students are allowed here we aiming for mature students or masters/ PHD students (we don’t do curfews etc! We just aren’t party people in our own house)

If you have a car there is plenty of parking opposite the house which Bea’s car also is. Rory has the main allocated space due to his hours.

Curtains are up, I just took the photo before hand. Well also provide bedding, but please bring a towel. The room has a bed with mattress and duvet and blankets my and a huge closet. We’ve removed all personal items from the room - again. I took the photos before removing them!
