I'm looking for a friendly and down to earth flatmate for a Double bedroom available in a cosy West End flat. My current flatmate is going on a term abroad.
The flat is close to Glasgow University and Kelvinhall subway station as well as Partick train station. The flat is small but has a separate Kitchen and Living area as well as a shared bathroom and two bedrooms.
I am a final year engineering student, I'm clean, tidy, and friendly. I enjoy spending time on my own but ideally, want someone that I can get along with and be comfortable around. Always happy to go for pints, food or to the gym.
The deposit is £350, Rent is £350 and Bills come to around £40 per month.
