Hi,

I'm Zoe. I own the property and currently live there. I'm 24 and I work for a major retailer, the NHS, and I study.

The flat is a top-floor tenement with 3 double bedrooms, a kitchen, and shared bathroom. However, it's going through the final stages of renovation, so one of the rooms is currently unoccupied, but might become available during summer.
(Please note that there is no living room.)

Your bedroom has a double bed and mattress, a desk and office chair, a large chest of drawers, and a huge (high up), built-in cupboard.
We can move things around if the current layout doesn't suit.

I am happy to supply bedding/ towels/ laundry detergent/ toilet roll etc
There is an Amazon Alexa device that can control the lights and set alarms etc, which you can use if you like, or I can relocate it to another room.

The kitchen is brand new. It has a washer-dryer, a DeLonghi bean to cup coffee machine, and all Bosch appliances.

The bathroom has an over bath shower. The bathroom may get upgraded at some point over the coming months.

The flat is in a fantastic location, there are a couple of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and Partick train/subway station is a 10 minute walk away. Glasgow University is a 20 minute walk.
The location is particularly convenient for those with cars, as there's free, unrestricted parking to the sides and back of the building, and quick access to the Clydeside Expressway and Clyde Tunnel.

As for me, I have a pretty hectic schedule so I don’t spend much time at the flat. When I am there, I tend to stay in my room listening to music, but I am open to hanging out.
I’m not massively into food/cooking, but I am vegetarian so another meat avoider would be ideal but not essential.
I really appreciate someone who is as tidy as me, and adopts a ‘clean as you go’ approach.

I generally stick to monthly rolling lodger contracts with a one months notice period on both ends, but weekly (£140pw) and fixed term can also be discussed.
